As the Technical Lead for PT Grow Synergy Indonesia, I didn't just want to build another corporate site; I wanted to build a reliable gateway for people fighting to pivot their careers into data analytics. I saw how clunky, slow-loading platforms often become a silent barrier for learners, so I spearheaded a move toward a high-performance architecture using NestJS and Firebase. By engineering this transition, I solved the core frustration of technical friction ensuring that when a student is ready to learn, the platform is ready to deliver without lag or downtime. This project isn't just about code; it’s about creating a stable, future-proof foundation that can scale alongside the next generation of Indonesian data talent, ensuring that the journey toward BNSP certification is as precise and seamless as the data they study.
